The GXC cylindrical grinding module allows for perfect surfaces in the simplest manner. The conversion to a “Centerless” cylindrical grinding machine is done in just a few steps. Efficiency and flexibility are apparent in the design and construction. Perfect surface quality and high process speeds on pipes and shafts are no contradiction for the GXC centerless grinding module. Various guide rails are included in the scope of delivery that are tuned to the surface quality of the workpiece. The guide rail made of brass is made for rough surfaces such as corrosion, scale, etc., or for dry grinding. The nylon rail is the perfect choice for surface polishing and sensitive material. For grinding of pipes and shafts from 3/8"–4" (10–100 mm) dia. High process speed for highest surface quality. Suitable for wet-grinding when used with the GXW cooling lubricant module. Moves easily on 4 casters. Can also be combined with the GI program GI 75 or GI 75 2H (requires adapter # 6 99 02 187 00 0).
