The AEG 4 Safety Plus Steam Iron DB5210-U was developed with safety in mind. Equipped with a four-fold safety programme which includes three-way auto shut off with an acoustic alarm, so when knocked over or on the soleplate, the iron switches off after 30 seconds
The 2300 W of power and large 300 ml water tank provide a continuous 30 g/min steam output and 110 g/min steam boost for tougher creases. Plus you have even more flexibility with a 2.2 m textile cord with a 360 degree swivel radius.

It will do so when it is standing upright for 8 minutes without action, and after 30 seconds when it is standing on its side or face down on the soleplate. A safety light guide will let you know when the iron is about to shut off.
