Exhaust air / recirculating air principle

The air sucked in from the exhaust hood is cleaned by the metal grease filter and then returned to the kitchen.

Exhaust air principle:



Exhaust the filtered air in the exhaust hood via a special exhaust air duct into the open. This produces a negative pressure. The inflow of fresh air must be secured.

Metallfettfiter

The metal grease filters of the hoods can be conveniently removed and cleaned in the dishwasher. Top models have an electronic saturation indicator.

Efficient Drive

The use of a BLDC engine means that more than 80% of the energy consumed by almost every Neff meal is saved on a normal operation * compared to a conventional walless per year.
