The meat slicer's cutting blade is 250 mm in diameter, making it perfectly suited for all kinds of sausage, meats and cheeses. The hard chrome-plated specialty blade is hollow-ground and has a smooth edge. The cutting machine is powered by a powerful 180-watt motor.
The housing is made of an aluminium alloy which is particularly suited to sanitary work with food. The meat slicer has a cutting thickness of 0 - 12 mm which can be continuously adjusted. This gives you the option of slicing your ham wafer-thin and tender, or of offering cheese and salami in uniformly sized and hearty slices. The device slices food with a maximum width of 18 cm and a maximum height of 13 cm.
The meat slicer has an integrated and semi-automatic blade sharpener: You can initiate the sharpening process yourself in just a few steps as soon as the blade begins to dull. The blade is made of special blade steel, which is noticeable in the quality of the cutting results and the long service life of the blade. The oblique cutter is also equipped with a blade protector. The blade has a protector on the cutting edges to increase safety and prevent accidents.
